Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and document nursing admission assessments accurately and comprehensively.
- Continuously evaluate patient conditions.
- Work collaboratively with other health team members in coordinating care.
- Deliver safe, comprehensive nursing care within An Bord Altranais guidelines.
- Prioritise care effectively based on nursing/medical assessments.
- Perform nursing procedures proficiently and safely.
- Upholding resident dignity and confidentiality.
Candidate Requirements:
- Nursing Qualification and a valid ABA PIN.
- Experience as a staff nurse in a nursing home environment is desirable.
- Garda vetting clearance.
- Comprehensive understanding of HIQA Standards.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland.
